1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and Big Win ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in relation to your use of the website at bigwin.vg and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, fish games, bingo and any promotional offerings.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of Big Win services — including deposits, betting and bonus claims — you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each player may hold only one active account at Big Win. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in all accounts being suspended pending review.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide must be accurate and truthful. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact information. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. Big Win will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or any other channel.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

Big Win supports the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. • Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Big Win balance in real time. Bank transfer processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Big Win does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on your account.
• No conversion fees: All transactions are handled in PKR end-to-end. Big Win does not apply currency conversion charges. However, your own bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own applicable fees — these are not within Big Win's control.
• Minimum transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the Deposit page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Verification before withdrawal: Big Win may require identity or payment method verification before processing a first withdrawal or a withdrawal above a certain PKR threshold. This is a standard security measure to protect player accounts.

Any deposit made using funds that are subsequently disputed, reversed or charged back by the payment provider will result in the equivalent PKR balance being removed from your account. Any winnings generated from those funds before the reversal is detected will also be voided.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Big Win offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, PSL season promotions and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR. The exact multiple (e.g. 10x, 20x) is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Always check the wagering requirement before opting into a bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward meeting a wagering requirement. Sports bets, casino games and fish games may have different contribution rates, which are specified in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the stated period will be removed from your balance automatically.
• Abuse and fraud: Big Win reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors.
• PKR denomination: All bonus amounts are stated and credited in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved in claiming or using a Big Win bonus.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in games on Big Win, you agree to the following rules that apply across sports betting, live casino, fish games and bingo:

• Final decision: In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded by Big Win's systems is considered final unless a clear technical error is identified and confirmed by our team.
• Cricket and PSL betting: All cricket bets — including PSL match bets, T20 international fixtures and bilateral series — are settled based on the official result as reported by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches are settled according to the specific rules published in the sports betting section.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted and active once you have received a confirmed bet reference on your screen. Bets that do not show a confirmation reference should not be assumed to be active.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds shown at the time of placement confirmation are the odds at which your bet is settled.
• System errors: Big Win is not liable for bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical malfunction. Such bets may be voided at Big Win's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Big Win platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure without return of funds where fraud is confirmed:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain.
• Attempting to access another player's account or impersonating another person.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus or any other single-use promotion.
• Providing fraudulent identity documents or payment method information during verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Big Win platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of Big Win or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Big Win content without prior written permission. Scraping the platform's data, replicating its interfaces or reverse-engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Personal Data

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has been identified, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

12. Limitation of Liability

Big Win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Big Win shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that interrupt an active game session or bet placement.

In all cases, Big Win's maximum liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue occurred.

13. Changes to These Terms

Big Win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify active players via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.
